Your site doesn’t grab me right away when I went to it. I had to scroll a bit to figure out what you do. I recommend a phrase that you have that says exactly what you do when you get to the site.

I am also not a big fan of your color scheme. It feels a bit muted.

You could do some combination of your children’s names. Mixing up the letters and add the words sew, handcraft or stitch.

I just named my own business and it was PAINFUL. I went through about 1000 iterations.

You can either pay a car allowance or have the employee track their mileage and reimburse them.

Car allowances are added to salary and typically between 250 and 1000 per month depending upon the level of employee.

Per other posters here the federal reimbursement for mileage is currently 65.5 cents per mile but it can change from year to year.
