Dude, your employee earns so little at your business that he needs a second job to survive. You own a business. Hire an extra person or do it yourself.

If you aren’t able to put together a simple small business contract without a lawyer, then running a small business may not be for you.

ETA: your business model is not viable. A flat monthly fee is a bad idea for a website. How would you answer if someone asked you to build and run Amazon for $150 per month.
