What will make you different than other plant shops/Home Depot/other places that sell plants? I think offering coffee or some sort of food that people can snack on while they look would be a good idea
Think all day in this mindset throughout the day (easier said than done) and keep a notes app of the problems. Before bed look at the problems and think of solutions
Partner up with a local RE investor who does flips or BRRR. They can get approved for the loan based off the real estate and pay you. That’ll give you some income while you grow your own credit and maybe a potential partner/co-signer
When you find it let me know, im in the same state. Currently looking at building new constructions and selling them, getting into a service business, buying overstock and reselling to name a few
I’m in a town of a few hundred thousand so the idea is that this new business idea doesn’t exist here. It proves concept in larger cities and I’d be the first where I live before competition shows up
Start with an IG account and sell merch (stickers, shirts) my wife did it with her hobby and doesn’t make a killing but it’s a good second income for the house
