I’m a remote freelance Operations Manager. I help small businesses with all of their back end operations - bookkeeping, payroll, social media, business development, light project management, etc.

I’ve found that a lot of clients try to cheap out when it comes to hiring a professional, but they’re saving on taxes, paperwork, insurance, etc. and they don’t have to manage a freelancer like they do an employee. They get their time back exponentially so they can focus on revenue production.

So the biggest challenge this year has been turning down entrepreneurs that don’t value investing in their business in the form of human skill.
