Tell her she needs to set up somewhere else. She is interfering with your business. If she doesn’t move, report her to the city.

You should probably let your landlord know that she’s not there with your consent. You may be liable if people think she has your consent.

Unless you’re doing YouTube videos in a local language that no one else understands and only in that local language, your videos are able to be seen and understood anywhere in the world. So it wouldn’t matter whether people near you would or would not be interested.
