Overall year is up, but not as much as years past; we’re seeing 15% growth YOY. Growth every month, only about 5-7%, it feels slow compared to previous years, but really we just haven’t had huge growth like we’re used to.
On the month though we’re banging, randomly. Up 40% YOY for November. Easily our best month all year.

Home decor can be finicky. I run one with 3 locations, ~1800sq ft each.
Pay close attention to what is selling, and what’s not. Don’t be afraid to mark things down to get rid of them, especially in your small space display room comes at a premium. Know your customer base, and who is coming in the door. Don’t be afraid to try higher prices items if the customers are there. Just because you’d never spend $200 on a throw pillow doesn’t mean your customer wouldn’t.
