Has anyone offered a week at the company beach house once a year? I’m thinking of if it’s reasonable to buy residential property under the business to serve as an employee perk. What are the downsides of this? How to dispose of this asset in the future? Risks? I’m thinking of making it available after a certain duration of successful employment.
