Coffee shops are oversaturated, Starbucks are opening shops every week. Your traffic is what it is, and doubtful it will get better. Any events or promos will only prolong the inevitable.
Cut costs, reduce staff, but maintain high quality product.

Lawsuit for $300.00???
Hahaha that’s funny.
You got tracking, tell her to pound sand just for being a bitch.
It’s not lost, she’s probably trying to scam you.
$500 grand to sell boba tea???
Newsflash: we don’t actually need all that crap.
NLG, that is a decent option.
Flipping cars would probably be the easiest thing. 20k doesn’t go very far if you’re starting from zero.
Don’t tell anyone about it.
Build it.
Test it.
Get a provisional patent.
See if you can sell the idea within one year.
Get a patent lawyer and patent it.
Profit?
Sounds like your business is taking loans. Have you considered being profitable?
I wonder how much insurance is for a business in Florida…?
That’s why many companies have you sign a no compete contract.
Probably too late now? But I would include it for all future employees, and THOSE THAT WANT TO STAY.
Bro, you fucked up already. Your quoted should have been so high that he ghosted you.
Btw- you don’t itemize until the job is done and you give them the invoice.
I imagine everyone would want this. Tell them to pound sand.
Saw it on youtube but forgot which video… or else I would tell you…
TBH 380 units doesn’t sound like very much for a business. You’ll survive?
Pay them more.
$500 shipment? You paid for signature tracking and insurance right OP?
I pay for signature tracking on some $50 packages, definitely if over $100.
I’ve shipped thousands of packages via USPS and possibly only lost one for sure. How you package and label it is 99% of the delivery.
Just don’t open a coffee shop ffs.
