Do you want to be an entrepreuner? If yes, i would recommend to take some selling course. You need an excellent selling skill first.

Next question is, do you really want to be an entrepreuner? Because this path is not easy. It seems good from the outside, but worst from inside.

Doing business need some skillsets which is not taught at school. And also you cant learn business by just learning some theory. Some lessons need mistakes to be learnt.

I have so many good decisions in my journey.

I go blind faith in my business. Go all in with bank loan. It was do or die. May not be today if i was not going all in. Cant sleep for the first 3months, leaving all the parties maybe for first 2 or 3 years

Rebuild almost all my core team because it is not efficient.

Doing the expansion while covid hit, while everyone is holding back

But i think i have more bad decisions made

I used to sell blackberry’s spare battery. Make some decent profit. Just look around what is the problem, and solve it, money will follow. Dont worry about profit first, learn how to sell first. It’s number 1 skill imo

I can only answer within my exp in my business.

It depends, how much you want to reinvest the profit. My business alr make a solid profit since year 2. But i chose to reinvest it and commit to enjoy the profit after 5years. Well the truth is, i dont stop reinvest everything until now (going 9 years)

Hi, i’ve been in situation like you. All my old friend are loser, this is what i was thinking before. I thought they are wasting their time, even a simple business plan cant be executed well.

Then as i am older (well im still young actually) i see not everyone has the same passion. In your friend mind, you are the loser one. I try to reconnect with some of my old friend why i think they are loser, and found out i am the a**hole :D

What i did in that time was, i try to find some new circle, it took me around 2 years, changing from one circle to another circle that fit me. Lucky, i found one, and im thinking i will stick with them until i grow old.

And also, dont put the mindset that you are a “winner”. Some people out there more “winner” than you, and they are stil learning, still hungry, and still foolish. IMO, that mindset is toxic and will make you trouble someday
