  • I meant by that you can always go to them to let them know you’re not getting what you want out of it, even if you are. That way they can give you a better result and try harder on it. I suggest it as a first option. Basically, to see if the cost of it outweighs the results. It might even be better to just stay with them if it will save you time. But that’s just the first option. In my opinion, you’re always better off doing things on your own. Even if it means working harder and longer. In the long run you’ll save money and you’ll get experience. But if leaving them will impact your earnings, then you gotta try prior options rather than just dropping them.

Or you can even let them know that you’re going to pause their services for some time, just say you’re on a budget for the next 2 months, and try it then. That way if you have any discounts or set rates, they don’t change them if you ever try to go back to them. Just a back up plan

  • My mentor always told me, llc separates your business and your personal assets. But someone can still sue you personally. People always think that llc will 100% cover you, and that’s just not true. Llc is more for structural and tax reasons. Liability is necessary in certain businesses, but not all. If you have an etsy buisness, the chances of needing it is pretty low. However, if you own a cleaning business, you want it because you’re in peoples’ homes and a lot can occur.

  • Tbh. Just music alone wont do it. This is why venues have drinks, food, and entertainment. I begin to question if entertainment alone is good enough when you say that you’re doing well, but only have 2 months of rent. You definitely need to add more sources of income to the property. Wether it’s parking space, food, drinks, etc.

Definitely try to make money during the gigs and off hours. You can rent the parking lot and have some food trucks park the lot. They can sell food and pay rent. They will also provide food during the gigs. Use the building up as much as possible. Maybe you can use certain areas as storage. Or Make a comercial kitchen, in the kitchen and rent that space out. I dont know the full numbers, but ultimately you have property and exposure, so definitely take advantage of all that
