It seems like you’re out of touch and not listening to their concerns. How can you expect them to be on your team if you’re not on theirs?

You’re very revenue driven, which is the goal of any business, but the way you’re focusing on only that comes off in a bad way, like you don’t actually care about your staff regardless of the benefits you offer.

I’d say this is a case of bad leadership.
