Even if you had a great revolutionary product. Fitness involves getting comfortable being the face of the franchise. It’s a requirement not a nice to have.
Imagine someone wanting to be a golfer but they don’t like swinging a club. Fitness is based on image. So you have to get comfortable with your name image and likeness.
Free until they start interfering with paid customers.
Follow Palmer Luckey. Study him try to even go work for him. Watch every podcast he’s on.
If you can get a good enough price and have the ability to service the debt, you can almost get as much as you want.
Nothings impossible but more difficult than you could probably imagine.
You only have 3 options. Make it work. buy him out or have him buy you out.

Offer great value to them. Is it service? Price? Speed? If you can offer a value that’s greater than your competitors you will have repeat customers. Getting the first set of customers is another battle.
