Leverage your title for a better offer else where. Even 3x salary isn’t going to cut it if it’s ruining your life.

End of the day it’s your decision but I feel it’s a bit sad that you would rather work on some one else’s business (YouTube effectively is Google’s platform) than your own. My guess is if you take part in your family business you will find ways to incorporate the learnings from your job and hobby into it.
Basically your current theme doesn’t implement lazy loading and also loads some unused Javascript.
Despite that i would say the speed isn’t all that bad. You have a score of 59 on light house which is kind of in the middle. If you really want a better score and going with a new theme, pick a lighter theme.
