I own a small commercial cleaning business. We a 4.6 on Google and when you type in “office cleaning service” followed by the city we work in we come up third on the list but our phone never rings.
Any advice is appreciated
Have you tried from incognito to see what position you are in?
For commercial cleaning, you need to reach out to the landlords or tenants directly.
Are you on google maps? (this helps immensely)
Try to check some SEO sites to see if you comply with all stuff.
If you have a website, it would be good to see your brand and how you’re marketing yourself.
Also, the subject of your post is a little confusing to me.
Technically, traffic/people will be brought to your website. How are you attracting people to your website? Simple google searches? Ads? Facebook page? Social media?
- If just google searches, SEO is very helpful (using specific keywords on your website) so that when people search, you pop up.
- Make sure you have photos and testimonials on your website. You want to gain people’s trust. No trust, no transaction.
