Professionally I am a software developer/Penetration Tester of 3+ years and have been brainstorming ideas, designs, prototypes, and product for the last few years. I have been looking out to close friends that seem to “want” to create a business but give little/no help.
I am at a point where I want to develop these prototypes into full fledge products and to be able to start working on more designs. I know what I need to do in the technical aspect but when it comes to the business aspect, I am a sitting duck. Mostly looking for Business analysts, project managers, and designers but as I am new I don’t really know what I need or if I need them.
Researching a bit on here everyone seems to have great input and would like to hear your feed back.
What products you have in your mind now? Or the products are already existing?
What’s the problem of these/this product that can be solve?
Who are the people that will benefit from it?
