We are picky. We notify people up front. We kick out more customers than our competitors. These are customers who make everyone else there unhappy and our team miserable. How can I best get the rules across to these idiots clearly and/or gatekeep reviews better? As we know, no customers can read anymore.

Could you provide more context? What is your business and what’s the relationship to the customer? What are they doing that makes people miserable?

that is not how this whole thing works, you sound like you may be a bit of an asshole, working on that may be the quickest way to improve customer relations.
