So I’m just putting it out there that I need to bring in more leads to grow my business further. Would love to get advice on the best way to scale my team on the sales side I have mostly built the business with local leads and remote leads through Upwork. We specialize in Microsoft technologies exclusively. From what I have gathered in sales conversations on here I need to focus on the lead generation or building my SDR team, and keep closing until I am overwhelmed with sales calls closing deals. Do you guys have any advice regarding what the first move is or what scaling my sales should look like?
not sure what kind of budget you have but I currently work for a lead generation software company that uses AI to scan the internet for people actively searching for your product or service (set with parameters) I’ve only been here for a short stint but the product is very well put together. if of interest give me a dm.
