I love the idea of opening a cat cafe and judging from the market research I’ve done in my area it’s something people would love to see in our community. I’ve never run a business though and i don’t want to invest time, energy, and money without making sure i do it right. Looking for any tips or advice people are willing to give about the good and bad of starting a business
As someone who owns a restaurant cafe business, my advice is don’t do it. 6 months in still losing money, even when you assume it’s successful, things may change so fast. One day competitors open next to you, and the game changes immediately.
