My construction company is growing, and I am trying to decide which software I can use to accommodate as many businesses functions as possible.

Right now, we use different software and systems, which are very time consuming to input data and ensure all are accurate and correct.

Do you use any software that does it all? From lead generation to following up with client after invoicing.

I’ve heard about Acculynx, Jobber, Jobnimus.

Anyone have experience with any of these? How expensive are they ?

Ideally, I’ll only use and pay for ONE software/ service for everything.

    My industry is construction. There’s soooo many softwares to implement, and you’ll always be hard pressed to find any that cut down on the data entry aspect. Someone somewhere is going to need to input that data, whether it’s by type or file.

    The issue with a software that says it can do it all, is that it often can’t do the categories it offers with enough detail where it matters.

    I’m not familiar with the ones you listed; but I’ve used ProCore, BuilderTrend, Vista for construction/restoration specifically

    At a certain point/size you will want to look into an ERP. They are designed for a one stop shop so to speak. They also tend to be customizable but they are expensive. There is unfortunately a gap in the market between a bunch SAAS providers that you can cobble together for small business and then there are the enterprise level solutions. Not a whole lot in the middle.

    Honestly quickbooks has been my friend for my furniture making company. It can’t do it all, but the fact I can quote, send contracts, and invoices, and reminders really helps. It keeps track of all my spending, and every couple weeks I go in and categorize. At the end of the year it’ll spit out my profit/loss and hand that to my accountant. As far as leads, it won’t do that.

    Zoho is a decent platform and has everything you need. Mail, invoicing, CRM, contract forwarding with signing and dozens of other areas depending on what you need.
