We are growing fast and need a warehouse manager for our 10,000sqft warehouse. We are an audio video company doing concerts and events. Really busy for 6 months and then pretty dead for 6 months. The job will be responsible for scheduling warehouse labor, supervising them and getting shows pulled and packed into trucks.

Does anyone have a reference for this?

Without getting into too much financial detail I would recommend a younger less experienced manager. Someone who can adapt and grow with your company. It’ll be easier to train someone with less experience as you grow than to hire an experienced manager who may be set in their own ways and use to a larger volume who may get bored or frustrated.
