I was thinking if it could shed insight into if an individual has a history of chargebacks with any financial institutions. The same way it could tell you if the individual has ever left an account negative in any financial institution.

Stripe has something like this. They even have data on “Recovered Money” and a score for each customer you add. I think they simply look up by CC though. But it’s something!
