Hello! What do you charge for your services and what products do you give to your customer? I’m looking for prices and packages for real estate photography, headshots and product photography. And how much would you charge to give photo lessons? I was a photographer in the Air Force for 20 years, so I never dealt with paying customers. Now I’m ready to shoot on my own and I have no idea what to charge or what package to give the customer. Just looking for starting points, like, what makes sense. I don’t want to offer headshots for $1000 per photo when the average is $30 for 2 photos. That’s an extreme example but hopefully you get my point. I appreciate your input!
Depends on the city. In my area I pay $125-150 for corporate headshots. This includes them driving to my office, staging the photos, and editing. I greatly prefer photographers who are direct. IE “sit like this, one arm crossed” etc vs ones that just say “act natural”. If you don’t have one, look into getting a drone and license.
