Hello, I closed my LLC this year and have lingering credit debt. The business account is drained and I am strapped for personal finances. Do i have to file for business bankruptcy to get the debt wiped, or arw there easier ways to go about it? It’s 3500 with a bank of america card opened earlier this year.
