After hearing some interesting answers to this question from a few companies in my network, I thought it’d be great to ask this question to other small businesses too.

Reliable employees.
Attempts to solve the problem failed because the people I hired were unreliable. Fwiw, there a a couple reasons why my positions are hard to fill: I only hire part time, the work is physical and outdoors, and it’s not year round.
Employees are my biggest pain point.
