We made a dating app, we knew the odds so no need to address that. We managed to get 500 users in 2 months and a half. Aside from ads we have some features that can be accessed with in-app coins but no one is really using them so we don’t have a viable plan there. (The plan would be to sell in-app coins eventually, so no subscription model)

We spent some money on marketing, mostly on promotional instagram pages with less than ideal results. Also most of the users do not understand the app concept and there is one particular feature which is 50% of the whole app that literally no one used.

Is it time to call it quits?

Just curious. A dating app should not be complicated to use. A hot and less than smart woman or bloke should be able to use it. So why do u have u think ur app has such low adoption? I assume it’s crypto based ?

It is not crypto, I said in-app currency. I don’t know how you managed to interpret it like that.
