So the other day, I let a call from the BBB go to voicemail, they gave me a number and an extension to call. They said they were calling for me, the owner of my business. Would anyone know why they are calling? I did discover it comes from a legit place in Eugene, OR, but I’m not even in the area, so I don’t know why the phone call would even come from there.
Would it be a sales call? Because I’m not interested in joining. So, should I just ignore it if they try and call again? Anyways, thank you!
My sister got sales calls from BBB at a company she worked for. They wanted to sell her a “good rating” on their website or something to that effect. It could totally be a sales call.
