I’m currently exploring the potential of integrating a support ticketing system with Basecamp and am curious if anyone here has experience with this. Specifically, I’m looking for a support ticketing system that can integrate seamlessly with Basecamp, ensuring efficient workflow and easy management of customer support tickets or inquiries. Ideally it will automate creating BC tasks.
