I have time and 100k. I’ve always done reselling for a side income and sometimes it has surpassed my main income.

However, it’s inconsistent and I feel like it may not be something that you can grow into an actual business, so I’m looking for ideas. Thanks

I’m highly considering a laundromat, I’ve also heard that owning a chick fil a is very profitable and doesn’t take much up front. But it was a random short article and I could be completely wrong

If you’re thinking about a franchise, maybe a Dutch Bros or Crumbl would be worth considering. Most Dutch Bros seem to have a line around the corner.

Just too bad Dutch Bro’s no longer offers a franchise to anybody. New locations are company owned unless you had an existing LLC with them prior. But yea agree with you huge opportunity with them if we could.

Dang that sucks. The guy that opened two in my town got in just in time and is killing it. I’ve been buying that damn stock since IPO day and it’s been disappointing ever since haha.

Yea, I work with a Local LLC Dutch Bros here and he has opened up about 3-4 in the last year alone and has more planned ones. We also have a local guy who started out and was a former NFL player and had to retire early due to injuries and started his own chain and has about 5 stores now. I can tell you though another company tried to replicate Dutch Bros model and the drive through is literally dead. I missed my chance about 15 years ago to buy a vacant drive through set up place and wanted to do a bikini coffee shop after watching a video in college about how the ones in Seattle do so well and sure enough a company started there and has expanded to about 12 shops in 10 years. We missed the boat unfortunately.

Bummerrrt. Those baking shops are all over Washington and they are always busy. I was stationed up there and the soldiers loved that place. Dutch Bros seems super solid. Whoever got in before they stopped awarding franchises is smart Crumbl is another good option. Then and Dutch pull in about the same revenue per square foot.
