I’m a 29F introvert managing a business, and I’ve worked on this for 5yrs+ without showing my face or meeting >85% of our customers, and quite frankly, much less than a dozen people have asked for any form of facial recognition. However, two of my mentors have recently told me at different times to consider putting a face to the brand. I respect them and hold their counsel dear; however, I do not see any reason why this is necessary. We’ve positioned ourselves well in our service-based industry and our results speak for themselves. I understand that we will need to do some things differently as we grow. But is this part of it? Or am I missing something here?

you can do anything you want. its your business. my customers have to see my face because of the nature of the industry, millions of dollars at risk, relatively new company, all business customers. dont know anything about your business.

You know what? You’re absolutely right! I don’t HAVE to do anything …lol. Thank you for helping me come to this realization.
