In the video industry for 10 years. Build a business did some amazing projects and achieved one of my dreams during this period.
But I’m kinda bored. I’m kinda at the max in revenue what I can do with the current team and I think that’s ok. I don’t have the fire anymore like I had years ago when I started.
Anyone else experienced something like this? I don’t want to give up the company but if I think this will be it 10 more years I feel kinda down.
Take some time off. If you have a team in place that’s already executing, take the time off to actually think about what you want to do next. Travel, soak in the sun or water, and you’ll come back with a fresh (+ renewed) perspective.
