Come on! It’s the 21st century, with artificial intelligence I can make my do-it-yourselfers. Isn’t that right?

Depends on what you’re trying to accomplish? If you want a basic page that functions as a digital business card, then by all means, save your money and do it yourself.

As soon as you want custom design outside of what the DIY builder can provide, then it’s a decision between the cost of your free time to learn how to do it vs the cost of paying a developer.

If you want any complexity at any level from the server to the browser, complete with digital marketing solutions to help your site rank against your competitors, then you go and do that. Slap that all together with ChatGPT. Show the world that the webdev industry is a farce!

its never about what you think you know.

Its always about what you dont know. Some people need to learn the hard way.

Go ahead and do it yourself LOL

That’s the spirit! You can try and see where it leads you. However, I think there’s a reason why you asked this question instead of diving right into creating a website yourself :)

To be fair, you probably can do something, but I would bet that the outcome isn’t going to be pleasant, if any. There’s just too much of everything when it comes to creating a website.
