I am starting a Industrial Supply company, or may buy the bones of an existing failing tool repair shop.

Does anyone have a checklist of things to have in order before, during etc… For any start up?

Examples: ERP Health insurance Line of Credit Suppliers Customers

I have alot planned metally but need to really focus on making a written plan and roadmap…

As a background I work in this feild and have 3.5M in sales, ready to take things under my own wing.

Would be interested in any posts that pertain to Industrial supplies as well.
