These 6 things are the foundation for growing your business without spending a penny.

    1. Great food
    2. Excellent Value (Value = Portion size +taste+price)
    3. Spotless clean shop
    4. Polite, friendly, efficient, accurate order takers (telephone & counter)
    5. Excellent, quick, friendly, polite delivery people
    6. Excellent Google Reviews

If you’re nailing all 6 components, print up small cards that you give to each customer to leave a Google review.

As a pizza afficienado from NY, The highest value to me is a loyalty card. Even though my fav pizza place doesn’t do a loyalty card, I still go twice/month (sometimes 3x)

Here are some ideas you can add on your website, your Google profile page and on Facebook

    • Buy 10 Large Pizza’s and the 11th is free (cost at retail=9%) (2 small=1large)
    • Slow night specials M, T, W
    1. BOGO Buy 1 large, get 1 small free.
    2. Buy one large, get 1 free 2L soda
    3. Saturday night party special after 8 PM; Buy 4 large, get 1 small free & 2L bottle.
