Hey everyone,
I’m new to posting here, but I’ve been running two high-end kindergartens for a while now. Business is solid, and I’m at a point where I’m thinking about growth and scaling up.
Right now, I’m considering a third location and maybe starting a catering service specifically for my preschools. But, I’m also exploring ways to really leverage what we’ve already got.
Our current operations run from 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM. We’ve been running evening language classes at 5:30 PM, but organizing them is a headache and they only bring in around $300-400 a month. It’s something, but not a game-changer. We also have a Saturday program that’s pulling in about $800 and does well for getting our name out there, it can also be expanded but I’m unsure if I am willing to do the workload. Its impossible to find decent employees for the weekend and I’m terrified I’ll be pulled into the classroom which is an unacceptable situation for me.
I’m looking for some out-of-the-box ideas to increase our income streams, considering that renting out space after hours isn’t an option. Any of you entrepreneurial minds got some inventive suggestions? Let’s hear them!
Thanks in advance!
