We incur high cost to get such quality products and we don’t even charge premium, we charge the same percentage of profit everyone charges but still they don’t care. This makes me feel demotivated to provide good quality products.

For what is worth, our products are also on a higher tier than our competitors and we also provide much better customer service and support. There are a few customers that complain about price, but I have a feeling it wouldn’t matter if the product was free… they would STILL complain! But we also have a lot of customers who will go out of their way to praise our quality and reliability and, as long as the silent majority keep buying, I’ll pass on verbal feedback in either direction. Good build quality will always pay in the long run!
