This bullshit waiting game has got to stop. A customer list is a rapidly depreciating asset. A list of non-paying prospects has a shelf life measured in hours.
How astonishing that people know attention spans grow ever shorter, but their ineptly contacted prospects are pre-sold and have photographic memory.
I get a lead, that lead is sent a sales letter. They buy or not. Waiting serves no purpose. But of course, waiting around curled up in the fetal position is a best practice here.
