Please remove if not allowed. ⭐️ Is anyone here an app developer who is familiar with western astrology? Or know someone who is? I am familiar with astrology but trying to build something with a developer who is not familiar with astrology is very difficult.

Just curious, why is it necessary that they’re familiar with it? If you have the idea + knowledge, and they have the programming skill, what’s the issue you’re running into?
If you’re already familiar with it, you can create the content and the developer can build around the idea. They shouldn’t need specific domain knowledge in order to build a workable MVP.
I’m a Software Developer currently working in the insurance industry. I don’t know the first thing about insurance beyond the very basics which was enough to secure employment.
This isn’t the way you should approach the problem. Don’t look for a dev who knows astrology. Look for a good dev, and write a good design document. If you explain clearly in writing and wireframes what you want, your coder doesn’t need to know about astrology. You’re the astrology expert, so they can follow your directions. All they need to know is how to code. I have a business recruiting developers (including freelancers), and when I search on behalf of a client, I always focus on the skills more than the knowledge domain.
I think you should lay off exactly what you want to create before approaching a dev.
In the comments you seem to give vague or rather simple explanations of what you want, and that’s not going to work with a dev, and if it does, you’ll waste a lot of time and money on the way.
