Hi! I don’t think this violates rules, but if it does I apologize.

I’m a one-person auto detailing shop. I’m small time and use this as my side gig. I need assistance with some web things, price lists, marketing, flyers, and some business automation things.

I’m happy to explain everything. I am simply too burnt out and busy to get these simple tasks completed and need to hire them out to get them off my to-do list as I simply don’t have the gas left in the tank or the executive function to get them done. These are nit complex tasks… I’m just blocked.

Anyone out there offer cost-efficient services for the overburdened ADHD entrepreneur?

    I’m right there with you!

Though I do all those things you need, I’m just recovering from my kidney transplant this summer so I’m working out my health before I take on any work. I don’t want to make a promise I can’t deliver. You most likely get what I’m saying!

I stopped by your post to let you know that I got on Vyvanse. This is the best I’ve felt, the most I’ve accomplished E-V-E-R! I’ve always been petrified of psych drugs so I suffered in silence. But my exec function was in the minuses and I was feeling depression creeping back so I bit the bullet. Yesterday, I made lasagne in 2 hours! Sounds like a normal endeavor but I’m usually spinning, rechecking what I forgot, forgetting something else, and, well, it usually takes me 6!

It’s only been a month though, so take what I’m saying with a grain of salt! One of my friends who takes it suggested it to me and it’s the best decision I’ve made. No spike and crash like other drugs. You actually feel like getting stuff done!

Talk to your doctor about it. It may or may not be a fit. Don’t worry, I’m neither a bot nor a corporate shill. 😆 I’m Canadian and we don’t have drug ads, so I’m hoping what I’m saying gets through the noise. It just helped me in a life-changing way so I’d prefer to help someone suffering unnecessarily the way I did.

Take care of yourself. This is not a journey for the weak. It’s so freaking hard and you’re to be commended for starting a business despite the ADHD. You can do this. Keep your head up. With or without my suggestion, you can get better! Just find the right team to help you!

    Cheers!
