Hi, I own a small saas startup that got some traction lately and we need some helpdesk to manage all of our email inquires.

We don’t want to use zendesk or similar enterprise stuff just because it would be a big overkill and they’re also expensive.

So do you know any helpdesk solution that is more suitable for startups?

Something that has some public api would be great because we also want to integrate it with zapier or make(still deciding on that too).

    We do most of our support tickets through Slack and email; just migrated from Helpscout to Help and it’s been good.
