Its that time of year. What do you do for your employees? Party/Dinner, Gifts, $$$. If $$$ how much? Based on what?
Normally I do both a dinner and $$$ bonus equal to an average paycheck.

We usually do a dinner, $200 gift card (Also do a $100 for Thanksgiving), and jacket/coat.
