Its that time of year. What do you do for your employees? Party/Dinner, Gifts, $$$. If $$$ how much? Based on what?
Normally I do both a dinner and $$$ bonus equal to an average paycheck.

My least favorite time of the year, not knowing what I can even afford or should reasonably give out. It’s slow season for us and where does the money even come from? I obviously want to make them very happy but why is this even a thing I wish I could just give them bonuses throughout the year when I have the cash :( 18 employees.
