Its that time of year. What do you do for your employees? Party/Dinner, Gifts, $$$. If $$$ how much? Based on what?

Normally I do both a dinner and $$$ bonus equal to an average paycheck.

Small company, less than 15 employees

    We get:

    • 3-4 weeks off (tied to our main client)
    • I buy teamwide/staff wide gifts (basically I buy 3 things that I really enjoyed and want to share with my staff.) Last year it was a multitool, a really cool/useful grocery bag made from recycled paper, and then fruit from a California farm.
    • 2nd bonus of the year. Because the team has full transparency into the finances, they’re able to see how much they’re getting far before holidays and plan accordingly.
    • Dinner! We’re all remote so it’s an expensed dinner.
