Its that time of year. What do you do for your employees? Party/Dinner, Gifts, $$$. If $$$ how much? Based on what?
Normally I do both a dinner and $$$ bonus equal to an average paycheck.
Small company, less than 15 employees

If you do a money bonus, be warned that you can never go back. If you stop for whatever reason, you will have a mass exodus from the company. You can’t mess with things like that once you start.
