Its around a residential neighborhood and the bid is for an HOA. They want 3-4 visits a week to replace the liners in all the trash cans and keep the waste stations stocked, as well and replacing the liner in those stations. We would be supplying the can liners and baggie refills. There is no dumpster on site so we will haul off all the garbage to the dump. I bid around $250 per visit.

Were a small company and usually do work for much smaller HOAs. This is the biggest bid Ive put in when it comes to gross revenue. Do you think I overbid it and a large company will bid much cheaper?

I don’t know how long it takes to service all of these trash cans and stations, but it sounds like you quoted a reasonable price. Would you really want to take much less? Gross revenue is unimportant if you aren’t profitable.

Doody calls a nation wide service (who you can haggle down) charges us 11.00 per station per visit. We have 7, and 2 common trash bins. So about 9-11 per station per pickup. Most others bid much higher. We buy bags from them also
