I’m curious about whether business owners have time to take customer feedback. How do you do it? Are you deliberate about collecting or asking for feedback? Or you take a mental note of direct feedback, and change things. What’s your process?

    Yes, it will take time from you to collect customer feedback

    but you can

    1. hire VA which will cost you money for sure but some people find it good for them

    or

    1. You could set up an AI automation system for that instead

    AI automation systems can be more efficient and cheaper than hiring a VA.
