We offer our employees a little equity in the company after a year. What do you do the attract talent and keep ‘em around?

I have inhouse master electricians, plumbers, pipe fitters etc. If you have a problem in your home, we will fix at cost (no labor $ only wholesale parts). I also fly teams out for vacations.
