I own a very new, very small business selling underboob sweat protectors.

This morning I posted an offer on my page. It wasn’t a big offer but it was a saving. We’re talking a £1 saving here. Trust me, that’s important information.

I get a comment on my offer: “if you can afford to post offers like that, why don’t you just drop your prices? 🙄”

I’m horrified. I don’t understand what the motivation was behind it… I don’t think my prices are unreasonable at all and I’m not sure why someone would say that?

    If something like that shakes you to your core then being in business might not be for you.

    That’s incredibly tame.

    Wait till someone blasts your business with a bad review (it will happen despite best efforts). What will you do then?
