I own a very new, very small business selling underboob sweat protectors.

This morning I posted an offer on my page. It wasn’t a big offer but it was a saving. We’re talking a £1 saving here. Trust me, that’s important information.

I get a comment on my offer: “if you can afford to post offers like that, why don’t you just drop your prices? 🙄”

I’m horrified. I don’t understand what the motivation was behind it… I don’t think my prices are unreasonable at all and I’m not sure why someone would say that?

Dealing with the public, Esp online is terrible.I worked on an indie video game for a few years, first as a volunteer. Then as a dev. Every time we released and update, patch, content, anything, it was just a flood of 'Well what about xyz? Useless devs." (In worse language, with personal attacks and threats). For years and years until they decided they couldn’t deal with it anymore and shut the game down. People are not nice out there. I wrote the wiki to the game myself and all i ever got was people wanting more in the wiki and twlling me how terrible it was (it was objectively the deepest and most up to date wiki the game ever had and was a great resource for players).
