This is to do with business verification. I have submitted 4 videos each time it says our profile is verified and then it just unverified. I don’t know why it’s doing this. I have never dealt with a more incompetent company. I have reached out to support and no one is getting back to me. I have reached out on Twitter and now finally reddit. If anyone knows what to do I would highly appreciate it. Google are going to send us bankrupt.
In my experience, if you cannot report or change your google location etc then get a google one account and have a chat. If you have to buy a membership or pay an annual fee consider it part of your marketing budget. I know google maps etc is a very strategic part of marketing these days.
