I’ve been in therapy ever since startup and I feel it’s the secret key. Helped me through imposter syndrome, frustration, more imposture syndrome as I progress to the next stage, redefining goals…so yeah, therapy helps.

Yes. Or a life coach, more proactive and will help you with business goals as well. But that’s a much more expensive option. I do both.

I have seen a therapist for 4+ years now, every Monday that I can make it.
I did not want to get to fuck you money with all the baggage I had from being orphaned at 12 and all the poor life choices I make since then messing things up after a lot of years of sacrifice to get there.
It’s help me find bliss or happiness in the simplest things, taught me how to be better at being present, and helped with my marriage balance.
Looking at it in a few months or session by session point of view it’s nearly worthless, but the cumulative outcome over time has been worth it.
My counselor thought I was just an arrogant product of society striving to have things that wealth brought. Our business has grown into the solid 8 figures from nothing, but we stick to our plan and goals without frivolous distractions or toys so far. It coming though. I’m happy with the basics being well covered and having an unlimited amount of options if I so chose. He now sees that I really wanted to be happy in the present.
I still go and will for years to come. I’m hoping to continuously improve myself in any and every way that I can.

The answer truly depends. I have witnessed and gone through experiences that led to me not being easily shaken. There isn’t a feeling of stress but rather a sense of urgency to do more.
However, in general, the most important thing you can do is to narrow in on the reality of things and accept them. Remove unnecessary stress and overthinking by making it almost black and white.
I am in university studying chemistry and biology. I’ve started my 10th business and really want one to work, I’m 20, I work on a farm, play basketball, and workout… however, none of this bothers me because I got real with it:
Figure out the true reason why and you can accept the challenge. I do all of what I do because it makes me feel like a more fulfilled and better person. Find a way to get more output per time, and focus on your reason to keep going each and every day
